When should I order for Christmas?

• All orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed.

• For shipments within Canada, delivery time is normally 1-3 business days to western provinces and 5 business days to eastern provinces. For shipments to the US, delivery time is normally 5 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

• The last day to place your order for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is December 12th. You can still place an order after this date, but it may not arrive in time for Christmas depending on where you are located. We ship from Vancouver, BC and shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days depending on where you are located.

Will items run out of stock?

• We should have lots of stock for Christmas orders. We will be restocking almost weekly in November and once in December before the cut-off for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. 

• We are constantly ramping up production to meet demand throughout the year, however, Christmas is very unpredictable. To avoid any uncertainty, place your order now and simply stow it away until Christmas (if possible). 

• Our next expected restock date for sold out Kiddie Couches & Add-Ons is Tuesday, December 26th. Our next restock date for sold out Rockers, Climbing Slides, and Archways will be in February 2024. Make sure to join our mailing list to be notified once our products are back in stock. 

Unboxing

• Best practice is to remove the Kiddie Couch out of the box within one month of receiving it, however, we have done lots of testing and haven't noticed any issues with foam elasticity and expansion until the six month mark.

• We recommend taking the Kiddie Couch out of the box a few days before Christmas (if possible) to give it time to puff up and expand. That way it will be ready for play on Christmas morning. 

• Many customers like to open up their Kiddie Couch the night before Christmas and use it as a base to place any other presents next to the Christmas tree. 

• If left in the box for that ultimate unboxing experience on Christmas, you can still start using your Kiddie Couch right away once opened. The more it is played on, the faster it will expand. 

• Keeping your Kiddie Couch (or other products) in the box until Christmas will not void your warranty. 

Holiday Sales

• We don't do sales during the holiday season or on Black Friday. We've priced our products as low as possible so we just don't have the margins for discounts...especially now after increasing the size of our Kiddie Couches. However, this will give you peace of mind knowing that you got the best deal possible no matter when you place your order!
